Mindful Travel Coaching: Discovery Call
Having used both travel and mindfulness as powerful tools for my own journey of self-discovery, connection and transformation, I am passionate about helping others harness the power of Mindful Travel to experience more purposeful, meaningful and impactful journeys of their own!
As part of my journey, I got certified as a Mindful Travel Coach. My intention as a Coach is to guide others in navigating their own internal and external journeys with deeper awareness, acceptance and appreciation, so that they can more fully engage with their travel experiences and enhance their lives.
With that in mind, I’ve put together a Free 30-minute Discovery Call filled with nourishing breathwork, mindfulness tools and guidance for how you can tap into the power of Mindful Travel to create more enriching and replenishing experiences in both your travels and your life. I can also answer any questions you may have about my coaching programs and working with me.
